If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they should notify us within seven days from the day after the date on which they received the goods. After filling in the form your will be given our returns address.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use Recorded Delivery. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty and this fault has not been detailed in the listing. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale and any merchandising must be intact.
